Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to your use of this website (the "Site"), which offers free video dubbing that runs in your browser and information about The Choicer Voicer voice-impression game. By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Site.

No Affiliation with the Original Game

This site is independent. It is not the official website of The Choicer Voicer game, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game's creator or any other company mentioned here. Product names, game names, logos, and trademarks referred to on this Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe and reference those products. To obtain the original game, use its official store page.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided free of charge. There is no account, no subscription, and no payment. You may read the pages and use the dubbing tool for personal and lawful purposes.

You agree not to disrupt or overload the Site, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or the systems that serve it, and not to use automated means to abuse the Site or the third-party services it relies on.

Your Media and Recordings

The dubbing tool works on your device. You choose the video, you record your own voice, and the result stays in your browser until you download or discard it. Nothing you load into the dubbing tool is uploaded to, reviewed by, or stored by the Site, so no content moderation takes place here and no copy is kept.

You are solely responsible for the media you use and for what you create with it. In particular, you agree that:

• You own the video you dub, or you otherwise have the right to use it for this purpose.

You keep all rights in the video files and recordings you create. No licence to that content is granted to the Site, because it never receives that content.

Dubbing Limitations

The dubbing tool has fixed limits: an input video of up to 50 MB, a take of up to 30 seconds, and an export whose format depends on your browser. The original soundtrack of the source video is replaced by your microphone audio. Microphone access requires a secure connection and your permission. Support for particular files, links, browsers, and devices is not guaranteed, and links to a video host work only if that host allows a direct browser download. Refreshing or leaving the page clears a take you have not downloaded.

Site Content

The text, layout, code, and illustrations of the Site are protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied or republished as your own. The illustrations are AI-generated images of a fictional scene, not footage from the game. What this site says about the game is based on public sources and may be incomplete or out of date; it is information, not advice, and it carries no guarantee of accuracy.
